To polymorph by focus without losing your main target, install SuperMacro. Downranking Frostbolt (rank 3) speeds up the cast for kiting - same slow, less mana.

How do I polymorph by focus in Vanilla?
There is no focus by default. Install SuperMacro to cast Polymorph at a saved target without losing your main one.
Why downrank Frostbolt for kiting?
A lower rank casts faster and costs less mana while the slow is identical, which is handy when running from a target.
Can I interrupt my own cast and start a new one?
Yes: /stopcasting then /cast Fireball on a new line. The first stops your current cast, the second starts a new one.
