- Minimum level: 60, full BiS from previous raids recommended
- Raid composition: 2–3 tanks, 8–9 healers, rest DPS
- Recommended Defense: 440+ for all tanks

Patchwerk is a DPS race and healer check. You need 3 tanks: MT and 2 OTs (hateful strike tanks) with maximum HP (7000+). Healers split across tanks. On x5 bring 9 healers.

Hateful Strike kills hateful tanks in 2–3 hits without healing. Perfect healer synchronization is required.

Minimum 7000+ HP unbuffed. Use Paladin Sacrifice and Hunter pet.
How long does the fight last?
3–4 minutes with good DPS. After that Patchwerk enrages.
