Ragefire Chasm — WoW Classic Dungeon Guide
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruRagefire Chasm — the rift beneath Orgrimmar
Ragefire Chasm is a level 13–18 dungeon located directly beneath Orgrimmar: a lava-filled rift where the Burning Blade cult has settled in — warlocks, renegade shaman and fire elementals.
This is the first Horde dungeon and, for many players, their first group content in WoW Classic at all. The instance is short and free of complex mechanics but packs four quests, making it an ideal place to learn the tank, healer and damage roles.

| Jergosh the Invoker | 16 | Corruption and Immolate on random targets |
| Bazzalan | 17 | Fear, scatters the group across the cavern |
| Taragaman the Hungerer | 18 | Final boss: area slam, wave of fire |
Route
1. Entrance → spiral tunnel down to the first lava bridge. 2. → Left platform → Oggleflint with two troggs bodyguards. 3. → Bridge across the lava → lower tier with elementals. 4. → Side cavern → Jergosh the Invoker (stands with acolytes). 5. → Far hall → Bazzalan; pull the group away from the lava first, his fear is lethal. 6. → Central platform → Taragaman the Hungerer, the final boss.
Bazzalan's fear is the single biggest danger here: a feared player can run straight into the lava or into an adjacent pack. Fight him away from the lava flows and with your back to a wall so the fear path stays short.

Tips for WoW Classic X5
1. On x5 players reach Ragefire Chasm at level 13–14, and quest experience alone is often enough to gain a level in a single run. 2. Pick up all four quests beforehand — every one of them is offered and turned in inside Orgrimmar, a few steps from the entrance. 3. Ranged classes should stay clear of the lava flows: at level 14 the damage strips almost the entire health pool of a cloth wearer. 4. The dungeon is perfect for a first tanking attempt — no boss phases, and mistakes are barely punished. 5. After Ragefire Chasm head to Wailing Caverns and then Shadowfang Keep.
