King Gordok is the final boss of Dire Maul North (Gordok Commons) and the center of the famous tribute run. He fights alongside his healer Cho'Rush.

Tactics

Cho'Rush first. The ogre mage Cho'Rush the Observer heals the King — kill him first or interrupt his heals, or the fight won't end.
War Stomp. The King stuns the group with a heavy stomp — keep heals topped and don't let melee scatter.
Heavy hits. As the ogre king he hits very hard — wall-tank him on a well-geared tank.
On x5 at level 58–60 the fight is manageable once the healer is down and stuns don't cause panic.

Tribute run

Leave the three guards (Mol'dar, Fengus, Slip'kik) alive, get Kromcrush to surrender, and beat King Gordok.
When the King dies, Knot Thimblejack appears with a tribute chest: the more guards alive, the better the loot.
The group gets the guard buffs: Mol'dar's Moxie (damage), Fengus' Ferocity (attack power), Slip'kik's Savvy (spell crit) — top-tier raid prep.
