Houndmaster Loksey is the first boss of the Library wing, commander of the Scarlet war hounds. He stands in the passage to the archive and enters combat with two Scarlet hounds, which should be removed first.
Tactics
- Handle the hounds first: AoE them down or CC them (trap/fear) so you don't split damage or
overload the tank.
- Loksey casts Bloodlust on himself — a sharp attack-speed boost; the healer should raise healing on
the tank while the group burns the boss.
- Keep the boss facing away from the group: he hits noticeably hard for levels 32–36.
