Tactics
- Shadow Word: Pain — a periodic shadow DoT; the healer just overheals it.
- Mana Burn — drains caster and healer mana; keep her facing the tank and let the healer stay back.
- Psychic Scream — mass fear: don't pull her in a tight corridor near Dark Iron patrols or the fear will drag extra mobs. A rogue can Kick casts, a warrior can Pummel.
- Pure DPS check: burn her before she starves the healer's mana.
Role in the dungeon
Gerstahn opens the way deeper into BRD toward the Detention Block and Ring of Law. She is usually killed in passing on the way to the Shadowforge Key and Emperor Thaurissan.
