Tactics

Five crystals. Immol'thar is immune while the five mana pylons around the room stand. Break all five (each has guards); then he becomes vulnerable and immediately hostile.
Eye adds. He summons small Eye of Immol'thar adds — AoE clears them while the tank holds the boss.
Order. Crystals are usually broken one by one, clearing guards, then boss and adds are stacked in one spot.
On x5 the key is not drowning in eyes: keep AoE and control up.

Immol'thar is the West wing's penultimate fight: breaking the crystals also cuts the mana feeding Prince Tortheldrin, weakening the final boss.
