Fight tactics
Bruegal is a rare spawn and does not appear every run. When present, be careful: at level 24 he can kill a tank in a few hits and frenzies at low health. Pull him alone, keep defensive cooldowns up and heal aggressively. Check the hall near Hamhock — that's his usual spawn.
