Deadmines in WoW Classic
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruDeadmines (also called VC) is the first iconic Alliance dungeon in WoW Classic. On WoW Classic X5 (1.12.1, x5 rates) it's a fast source of excellent gear for characters level 17–26.

Edwin VanCleef is the final boss. He spawns clones at HP thresholds — kill them fast.
Route and Tactics
1. Entry: clear Defias tunnels, destroy ship cannons. 2. Sneed: kill the Shredder first, then Sneed pops out — finish him. 3. Mr. Smite: stuns three times (Smite's Hammer) — keep DPS going during stuns. 4. VanCleef: DPS clones immediately on spawn (or they'll kill the healer).
Pre-Dungeon BiS Loot
- Blackened Defias Armor — BiS leather chest for Rogues and Feral druids for a long time
- Cape of the Brotherhood — great cloak for various classes
- Corsair's Overshirt — for casters
On x5 Deadmines farms very fast: great for leveling in groups or quick BiS farming for low-level twinks.

Recommended level: 17–26. On x5 rates you reach the right level much faster, so the dungeon is easily clearable in your first week of play.
Where is the Deadmines entrance?
Westfall, Moonbrook. The cave entrance is inside Moonbrook itself — follow the road south from Sentinel Hill.
