- Krastinov lands a heavy Cleave cone — tank him facing away from the group.
- He applies a disease (stat reduction/DoT) — cleanse it, don't ignore it.
- The boss heals when he hits his target, so steady DPS matters: the longer the fight, the more he recovers.
- Nearby in the lab are mini-bosses Marduk Blackpool and Vectus; pull them one at a time.
