Strategy
- Fenrus is nearly a pure tank-and-spank, but his attack speed and damage are high: the healer works steadily.
- The tank builds threat early — the fast hits make it easy for DPS to pull aggro.
- Clear the worgen retinue nearby before the pull to fight the boss cleanly.
- On x5 keep healing potions on the tank — Fenrus can chain several fast big hits.
