Clear Order
1. Grubbis — right past the entrance (Tunnel of Mechanical Arms), trogg leader with pet Chomper. 2. Viscous Fallout — off to the side in the Toxic Airfield; optional but needed for a quest. 3. Electrocutioner 6000 — guards access to the lower levels. 4. Crowd Pummeler 9-60 — in the Engineering wing; drops the famous mace. 5. Mekgineer Thermaplugg — in the Hall of Gears, the final bomb arena.
On x5 a full Gnomeregan clear yields 2–3 levels. Watch the Irradiated debuff — 10 stacks means death; remove with Purify (Paladin) or wait for decay.

The final boss is Mekgineer Thermaplugg (level 32). He floods the arena with walking bombs from wall dispensers — you must detonate the bombs in a controlled way and never let them pile up.
