Lower Blackrock Spire (LBRS) is a level 55–60 dungeon deep inside Blackrock Mountain. It is the last step before raiding: Blackhand orcs, trolls, ogres and your first encounters with Nefarian's draconic servants.
On WoW Classic X5 LBRS stays relevant at level 60 — it is where players assemble pre-raid gear before Molten Core.

Route
1. Entrance → orc hall → Highlord Omokk. 2. → Bridges and stairs → Shadow Hunter Vosh'gajin. 3. → Prison block → War Master Voone. 4. → Spider nest (side path) → Mother Smolderweb. 5. → Worg pens → Halycon and Gizrul the Slavener. 6. → Ogre shooting range → Quartermaster Zigris, optionally Urok Doomhowl. 7. → Upper hall → Overlord Wyrmthalak, the final fight.
Urok Doomhowl is summoned with an ogre skull in the ogre room and does not appear on his own. He is optional, but his loot is worth the extra ten minutes of clearing.

WoW Classic X5 tips
1. On x5 farm LBRS at level 58–60: the pre-raid gear here feeds straight into Molten Core. 2. Nightfall remains useful in raids — the resistance debuff boosts your whole caster group. 3. Orc patrols are dense: a scouting Rogue or a Hunter with Track Humanoids saves many deaths. 4. Mother Smolderweb spawns spiderlings — keep AoE ready and stop them reaching the healer. 5. While you are here, progress the Seal of Ascension chain — you need the key for UBRS.
