Maraudon is a level 40–50 dungeon in Desolace: a vast cave complex laced with living vines and crystals where centaur, earth elementals and Therazane's corrupted children collide. The instance is split into three parts and is widely considered one of the most beautiful in classic.
On WoW Classic X5 Maraudon is the standard link after Uldaman and before the Sunken Temple.

Route
1. Orange wing → Noxxion → Razorlash. Collect the orange shard. 2. Purple wing → Lord Vyletongue. Collect the purple shard. 3. Combine the shards at the altar → Inner Maraudon opens. 4. Inside → Celebras the Cursed: kill him, then speak to the freed spirit. 5. → Elemental tunnels → Landslide and Tinkerer Gizlock. 6. → Underwater stretch → Rotgrip. 7. → Waterfall chamber → Princess Theradras, the final fight.
Celebras returns as an ally after death and teleports the group deeper into the instance. Do not skip his dialogue — without the teleport the walk to the princess costs an extra 15 minutes.

1. On x5 level 44–46 is comfortable: all three wings in a single run. 2. Nature resistance helps — vines and elementals deal mostly nature damage. 3. Noxxion's oozes split on death — keep AoE ready and do not let them spread. 4. Blade of Eternal Darkness is one of the best caster swords for levels 45–58. 5. The instance is rich in rare herbs and veins — bring Herbalism.
