WowX5 is celebrating its first anniversary! Over the past year the server has grown, hundreds of new adventurers have arrived in Azeroth, and we want to thank everyone who shared this WoW Classic 1.12.1 journey with us.
What happens during the anniversary event
During the anniversary event the following bonuses are active:

Anniversary event quests
Heralds of the Anniversary appear in capital cities (Stormwind, Orgrimmar) with memory quests. The quests tell the story of the server's first year and bring players back to the launch atmosphere.
"A Year in Azeroth" chain
A short quest chain with the server's founding story. Rewards:
- Pathfinder's Medal — unique cloak ornament (anniversary only)
- Anniversary Scroll — one-use consumable (+5% crit for 1 hour)
How to find us in-game
For the duration of the anniversary, Anniversary Heralds appear near the fountains in the capitals, with special quests and gift packages. Log in and claim yours!
The event is perfect for new players to level faster. Double kill experience on x5 is especially powerful — blast zones instead of grinding quests.

- Write a review — positive reviews on wow-server databases (top100arena, mmotop) bring new players to our community.
Every new player who joins through your referral strengthens the server. More players = shorter PvP queues, larger PuG raids, livelier world.

When does the WowX5 anniversary take place?
The server's first anniversary is celebrated in late summer 2026. Exact event dates are announced in advance on Discord and the forum. Watch the news so you don't miss the temporary buffs.
What bonuses are given during the anniversary?
Traditionally during anniversaries, doubled or boosted experience and reputation are enabled. Unique event quests are also introduced with commemorative rewards: special titles, pets or cosmetic items unavailable at other times.
Do I need to be a high level to join the anniversary event?
No — the event is open to characters of any level. New players also receive experience bonuses and can complete event quests given in the capital cities.
