Winter Event 2026 on WowX5
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruThe WowX5 team is pleased to announce the Winter Event 2026! To celebrate the festive season the server receives special bonuses, exclusive activities and a chance to stock up before new raids.
Event dates
The winter event runs from 15 December to 7 January. During this time Azeroth will see holiday decorations, special vendors and temporary quests.
Event bonuses
The following boosters are active throughout the event:

Festive activities
Christmas Molten Core Raid
Every weekend the event hosts a festive Molten Core raid with increased rare loot chances. Organisers receive a special server chat title.
Holiday item vendor
A temporary vendor of holiday cosmetic items for special event tokens has appeared in the capitals (Orgrimmar, Stormwind). Tokens are rewarded from daily quests.
Holiday daily quests
Five new daily quests are available in Ironforge and Orgrimmar. They award event tokens and experience.
Levelling characters should use the XP bonus to speed up levelling — +50% noticeably shortens the path to level 60 on x5.
How to join
1. Log in during the event period. 2. Talk to the holiday herald in the nearest capital. 3. Complete daily quests and join raids. 4. Exchange tokens at the holiday vendor before the event ends.

Preparing for the event
To get the most from the winter event, prepare in advance:
- Clear inventory of unnecessary items — holiday tokens and resources take up space.
- Make a goal list: which cosmetic items do you want from the holiday vendor? Calculate how many tokens you need after two or three days of daily quests.
- Form a raid group for the festive MC raid early — weekend demand will be high.
- Levelling characters: +50% XP is the best moment to clear the most tedious zones faster. Prioritise zones with dense mob clusters and quest hubs.
