Timmy the Cruel is a giant cannibal ghoul on Stratholme's Live (Scarlet) side. He appears in the courtyard after Scarlet mobs are cleared and heals off his attacks. He is one of the first bosses of the Service Entrance.

- Timmy isn't present at first — he enters the courtyard after the group kills enough nearby Scarlet guards.
- His Ravenous Claw deals damage and heals him, so pour on burst and keep healing on the tank.
- At low health he may Frenzy; if so, slow his attack speed (Thunder Clap, Mind-numbing Poison).

x5 tips
- Don't drag out the fight: the faster the kill, the less he heals with Ravenous Claw.
- Make sure the courtyard is clear of patrols before pulling, or adds join mid-fight.

?Why doesn't Timmy appear?
He only comes out after you kill enough Scarlet mobs in the courtyard. Clear the area and he will approach.
?Why is Ravenous Claw dangerous?
It heals Timmy, prolonging the fight. Deal maximum damage and keep the tank healed to out-pace his self-healing.
