Kill order — Undead side (Baron Run)
1. Magistrate Barthilas patrols the streets — kill him before he flees to his throne and summons guards. 2. Three ziggurats guard Baroness Anastari, Nerub'enkan and Maleki the Pallid — kill all three to lower the barriers before the Baron's gate. 3. Ramstein the Gorger is summoned after the three ziggurats fall; waves of Spectral Ghouls follow his death. 4. Baron Rivendare is the final boss. Baron Run: kill him within 45 minutes of entering to save Ysida Harmon for a quest reward; the Baron himself drops the Deathcharger's Reins mount (~1%).
Kill order — Live side (Scarlet)
1. Timmy the Cruel spawns in the courtyard after clearing Scarlet mobs. 2. Cannon Master Willey — in the Scarlet Bastion barracks. 3. Archivist Galford — in the library; killing him ignites the Scarlet Archive (needed for the quest 'The Archivist'). 4. Balnazzar — the final boss; disguised as Grand Crusader Dathrohan, transforms into a dreadlord.

Do I need a key for Stratholme?
The Main Gate (Baron side) needs no key. The Service Entrance (Live side) needs the Crescent Key, obtained in Maraudon or bypassed via a window on the Live side.
