Archaedas
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruArchaedas is the final boss of Uldaman, a titan guardian construct in the tablet hall. The encounter itself is simple, but its mechanic tests nerves: the lower Archaedas' health, the more stone guardians wake along the walls. Groups that start hitting the guardians usually drown under their numbers.
Tactics
- Burn the boss only. Each health threshold raises a new wave of guardians along the walls.
Leave them alone — they turn back to stone when the boss dies.
- Hold the center. Stack in the middle of the hall, away from the walls, so awakened guardians
don't hit the group from the flanks and the healer can see everyone.
- Max burst from the start. It's a race: dump all cooldowns and consumables early to blow
through the health thresholds before too many guardians rise.
- Healer on the tank. With focus on the boss, most damage goes into the tank; steady healing
plus fast DPS ends the fight before the guardians matter.

FAQ
How do you kill Archaedas?
Archaedas awakens stone guardians along the walls in waves as his health drops. Burn the boss, not the guardians: when he dies, every awakened guardian turns back to stone.
What does Archaedas drop?
Archaedas drops Stoneslayer, a two-handed sword, as well as the Staff of Prehistoria and other blue items of level 44–45.
Do you need to kill the awakened guardians?
No. Spending DPS on the guardians is a mistake: they die with the boss. Keep the group at the center of the hall and focus Archaedas for speed.
