Burning Spirits — Flamelash periodically summons spirits at the walls; they slowly float to him and heal/empower on contact. Intercept them: a mage/hunter slows (Frost Nova, Frost Trap) and the group finishes them.
The boss deals fire damage to the tank — bring fire resistance if you can.
As an elemental he is immune to crowd control; the focus is managing spirits, not the boss himself.
On x5 heavy burst helps: drop Flamelash before too many spirits pile up.
