Onslaught Girdle is the standard BiS belt for Fury Warrior in all phases from BWL to Naxx. It is not replaced even in AQ40.
How to Obtain
Chromaggus is the penultimate boss in BWL before Nefarian. A two-headed dragon with chaotic breath attacks.

Loot distribution on Chromaggus is usually strict: Onslaught Girdle goes first to the Fury Warrior with the highest priority (DKP or loot council). If the main Fury Warrior already has the BiS belt the next priority is Arms Warrior or Retribution Paladin.
Preparing for BWL
Before entering BWL make sure your group is steadily farming Molten Core (MC). Chromaggus is not the first or easiest boss in BWL. For stable progression you need: at least 2 tanks in T2, casters with pre-BiS CM/T1, and a raid of 40 players with a stable roster.
