Battle & Guardian Elixirs
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruIn WoW Vanilla elixirs split into two types — battle and guardian. They use different slots and work at the same time: you can keep one battle and one guardian elixir at once. This is the foundation of raid prep. Full checklist in the raid consumables guide.
How the slots work
- Battle elixir — boosts offense: strength, agility, spell damage. Examples: Elixir of the Mongoose, Elixir of Greater Firepower, Elixir of Shadow Power.
- Guardian elixir — defense and utility: health, armor, mana regen. Examples: Elixir of Fortitude, Elixir of Superior Defense, Mageblood Potion.
- Flasks (Flask of the Titans, Flask of Supreme Power) use both slots at once but last 2 hours and do not drop on death.

What stacks on top of elixirs
Beyond the elixir pair, these all work together: food buffs (Well Fed), separate buffs (Winterfall Firewater, Juju Might, Ground Scorpok Assay) and world buffs. These are different categories, so the stack is huge.
x5 tip: build a "full stack" — a flask or a pair of elixirs + food + separate buffs + world buffs. Boosted x5 rates let you farm consumables faster than on 1× classic.
