Reputations
Stormpike Guard Reputation
Stormpike Guard is the Alliance faction in the Alterac Valley battleground. It mirrors the Frostwolf Clan: reputation is earned in AV and unlocks PvP gear and the signature war ram mounts at Exalted.
How to gain reputation
Every point source is inside Alterac Valley:
- Capturing objectives: towers, graveyards and mines.
- Killing Horde and Frostwolf officers.
- Turn-in quests: Frostwolf blood, documents, supplies — repeatable quests.
- Winning the match grants a large one-time boost.
Loot Frostwolf blood from Horde corpses and turn it in as batches — a steady reputation stream on top of kills and objectives.
◆What to farm in AV
| Action | Reputation | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Capture tower/graveyard | medium | on the way to victory |
| Turn in blood/documents | steady | repeatable quests |
| Kill officers | high | needs a group |
| Win the match | large | main source |
Rewards by tier
- Friendly to Revered: first rings and PvP pieces.
- Exalted: Stormpike ram mounts and top PvP items.
- Reputation rises with honor — you gain both rank and faction.
Play the objectives, not just kills: winning and captures grant the most reputation. Collect Frostwolf blood in passing — it costs almost no time.
