Shen'dralar Reputation
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruShen'dralar are highborne elf mages who hid for millennia inside Dire Maul West in Feralas. Their reputation is unique: you raise it not by killing but by turning in reagents and creating librams in the ancient library — the Athenaeum.
How to gain reputation
In the Athenaeum (the west wing of Dire Maul) you create librams by combining reagents:
- Pristine Black Diamond — the key reagent, drops inside Dire Maul.
- Cloth, leather, ore, essences — per the specific libram recipe.
- Ancient texts — collected inside the dungeon itself.
Creating each libram grants Shen'dralar reputation.
Gather reagents while clearing Dire Maul so you can craft several librams in a single run.
Librams and what they give
| Libram | Enchant effect | Slot |
|---|---|---|
| Libram of Focus / Protection | spell power or defense | head / legs |
| Libram of Rapidity | attack/cast speed | head / legs |
| Libram of Constitution | health / stamina | head / legs |
Each libram is a permanent enchant on head or legs — among the best available in Vanilla.
Value of the reputation
- The main value is the head and leg enchants themselves, critical for raid gear.
- Reputation grows as a side effect of crafting librams — no separate grind needed.
- Pristine Black Diamonds cost money, so farm Dire Maul regularly.
Watch your Pristine Black Diamond supply closely — it is the scarcest reagent. You can buy extras on the auction house if you run short for a libram you want.
