Ravenholdt Reputation
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruRavenholdt is a guild of assassins hidden in a manor in the Alterac Mountains. It is a niche, rogue-flavoured reputation: the main way to raise it revolves around pickpocketing, so rogues are by far the most efficient grinders.
How to gain reputation
Two point sources:
- Heavy Junkboxes — pickpocketed from high-level humanoids (roughly 45+). Turned in at the Ravenholdt representative.
- Killing the Syndicate — Syndicate bandits in Alterac and the Hillsbrad/Plaguelands area grant Ravenholdt reputation.
Pickpocketing is a rogue skill: the more humanoids on your route, the faster Heavy Junkboxes pile up.
Where to farm
| Location | What to do | For whom |
|---|---|---|
| Alterac Mountains (Ravenholdt Manor) | turn in junkboxes | anyone, rogue picks them |
| Syndicate camps (Alterac, Hillsbrad) | kill bandits | all classes |
| Humanoid dungeons | pickpocket along the way | rogue |
Rewards and value
- In Vanilla, Ravenholdt has few tangible combat rewards — it is mostly a roleplay and collector reputation.
- Its value pays off later (legendary chains in later expansions), but the head start is easy to build early.
- Heavy Junkboxes also contain loot and coin, so the farm pays for itself.
Rogues should steal Heavy Junkboxes "in passing" — while leveling, farming instances and running humanoid content. Reputation grows without a dedicated grind.
