Enchanting levels through disenchanting items and applying enchants:

Enchanting + Tailoring Combo
Perfect combo: craft Runecloth Gloves → disenchant into Illusion Dust. Sell the dust or use it for expensive enchants. On x5 this is fast and profitable.

What do I need to level Enchanting?
