Puissant Cape
The Puissant Cape is a melee cloak from Azuregos. The mix of +40 attack power and a rare +1% hit on a cloak makes it a strong pre-raid pick for nearly every melee class.

- 54 Armor

How to get it
The item drops from Azuregos (Azshara). That means repeated attempts on a world boss: the whole area kills it, so raid organization and speed matter.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Source | Azuregos (Azshara) |
| Type | Back (cloak) |
| Class | Warrior, rogue, hunter (melee) |
| Stage | Pre-raid / world bosses |
On x5, world bosses and their surroundings are farmed faster and contested less — agree with your raid lead in advance on spawn timing and loot priority for [Puissant Cape].
◆Who needs it
Warriors, rogues and hunters value this cloak: +1% hit is especially important at raid start, when every melee is short on the chance to hit level-63 bosses.
◆Farming on x5
World bosses in WoW Vanilla stand in the open world, so the key to looting is organization: form a raid, reach the spawn first and burst the boss down. On x5 respawns and prep are faster than on classic, so the window for Puissant Cape opens more often.
