Where to get it
The dragon head is looted in raids and turned in to an NPC at the capital gate:
- Alliance — turn in the Head of Onyxia or Head of Nefarian in Stormwind; a major at the gate reads the speech.
- Horde — heads are turned in at Orgrimmar. The Horde additionally receives Warchief's Blessing.
