Zul'Farrak is a level 44–54 dungeon in north-west Tanaris, the flooded city of the Sandfury trolls. It is one of Vanilla's most atmospheric instances: an open arena, a prisoner cage, the famous pyramid event and the optional hydra Gahz'rilla. Clear order: descend to the water and Antu'sul → past Theka to the pool → Witch Doctor Zum'rah → climb to the cage, free the prisoners and survive the troll wave (pyramid event) → the guards Nekrum and Sezz'ziz → Chief Ukorz with Ruuzlu. Optional: assemble the Mallet of Zul'Farrak beforehand and summon Gahz'rilla at the Pool of Tears.

How do you summon Gahz'rilla?
Use the Mallet of Zul'Farrak on the gong by the Pool of Tears. The mallet is assembled from items gathered in the Hinterlands and Un'Goro Crater. Without it Gahz'rilla cannot be summoned.
