Seal of Ascension — Upper Blackrock Spire (UBRS)
The main endgame key: without the Seal of Ascension you can't enter Upper Blackrock Spire. The chain:
1. Gather three gem shards from bosses in Lower Blackrock Spire (LBRS) and Blackrock. 2. Complete the "Seal of Ascension" quest — combine the Unsealed Seal with the shards at an NPC. 3. Activate the rune at the UBRS gate to open the way for the raid.
One seal per group is enough — the holder opens the gate for everyone. Still, having it on several players helps if a key raider is missing.
Skeleton Key — Scholomance
The Skeleton Key opens the main gate of Scholomance. The quest chain starts in the Eastern Plaguelands, involves gathering reagents and crafting the key at a blacksmith. Without it the door can be opened by a high-skill rogue's Lockpicking.
Shadowforge Key — BRD
