Method 1: Hearthstone

The fastest exit is the Hearthstone. It teleports you to your bound inn. If it is on cooldown, move to the next method. More on binding in the «Hearthstone» guide.

Method 2: relog

Log out to character select and back in. Entering often makes the server «push» the character to the nearest walkable spot and you get free.

Method 3: let the character die

If mobs are near, let them kill you. After death you become a ghost at the graveyard and return to your body on walkable ground. Crude but almost always works. How it works — in the «Death and Resurrection» guide.

Method 4: GM ticket

If nothing helped, open the Help menu and file a Game Master ticket. Describe exactly where you are stuck (zone, landmark). The GM will teleport the character to safety.

What not to do

FAQ

My character is stuck in terrain and won't move. What do I do first?

Use the Hearthstone — it teleports you to your bound inn. If it is on cooldown, try logging out to character select and back in: entering often «pushes» the character to walkable ground.

Neither Hearthstone nor relog helps. How do I get out?

Open the Help menu and file a GM ticket describing where you are stuck. If enemies are near, you can let the character die and revive at the nearest graveyard — that reliably pulls you out of terrain.

Is there an /unstuck command on the server?

The command set depends on the server. Universal methods that always work: the Hearthstone, relogging, dying and reviving at a graveyard, and a GM ticket. Use those in order.
