How to get it
Made by a cook of skill 175 from Sagefish, fished in mid-level rivers and lakes. The recipe is from cooking vendors. A cheap, bulk leveling consumable.
Who needs it and where
Mages, warlocks, priests, druids, shamans and paladins use it while leveling 1–60 to restore mana faster on breaks. In raids it is replaced by the stronger Nightfin Soup with its Well Fed buff.
x5 tip: on x5 rates fights are short, but mana also drops fast on chain pulls — keep a stack of the Delight so you don't drink water every break.
