Windfury procs are far more valuable off a slow, high-damage weapon than off a fast one. As enhancement, always carry the slowest heavy-hitting weapon you can find.

Tips for WoW Classic X5
1. On x5 a shaman is invited first and foremost for Windfury: agree the party layout with the melee groups before the raid starts. 2. Mana Tide is a shared resource — drop it in the healer party, not under yourself. 3. Keep separate elemental and enhancement sets; a mixed set loses in both roles. 4. Hit up to 9% first, then attack power. Agility helps, but a shaman converts it into crit less efficiently than a rogue, so raw attack power usually wins.
