Where to use it
- Thaddius in Naxxramas: clear a random stun/slow and cross to the correct polarity on time.
- PvP under the honor system: a warrior or rogue drinks it to break a stun-lock and finish the kill. Great on the Warsong Gulch flag carrier.
- Breaking kites: shake off Frost Nova and slows, then catch the caster.
How to get it
Brewed by an alchemist around skill 180. On x5 it is best to batch-craft ahead and hand them to tanks and melee before a raid.
x5 tip: keep 5–10 in your bag for Thaddius and PvP. Mind the shared cooldown — after Free Action Potion your healing potion is locked for 2 minutes.
Stacking
The potion does not use an elixir slot, so it combines freely with battle and guardian elixirs, a flask, a food buff and world buffs.

Common mistakes
- Drinking it against fear or polymorph. It only clears movement control and stuns — a warlock fear or mage polymorph still lands.
