Noth the Plaguebringer guards the entrance to the Plague Wing of Naxxramas. The fight alternates between direct combat and waves of undead skeletons, demanding strong AoE DPS and disciplined dispel rotation.
Fight Mechanics

Phase Structure
Phase 1 — Direct Combat (110 seconds)
Noth engages the main tank. He periodically Blinks — an off-tank must be ready to intercept. Maximize DPS output. Dispelers keep Curse of the Plaguebringer removed at all times.
Assign 2–3 dedicated dispelers for Curse of the Plaguebringer. A cursed player who dies raises as a zombie, potentially wiping the raid.
Phase 2 — Skeleton Waves (3 waves)
Noth retreats to the balcony. Three waves of undead spawn. AoE dealers (Mages, Warlocks) and off-tanks handle crowd control.
