Patchwerk — the first boss of the Construct Quarter in Naxxramas, the infamous DPS check of WoW Classic. No mechanics, no tactics — just a test: does your raid deal enough damage to kill it in 3 minutes?

◆Mechanics
Cleave
- Large cone damage in front of boss
- Kills a regular player in 2 hits
- Only MT stands in front
Hateful Strike
- Every 1.2 seconds hits player with highest current HP (except MT)
- Damage: 4500–5500 physical
- Requires a specially prepared OT
Hateful Strike is the main threat. OT must have maximum HP in the raid (9000+) and constantly receive heals. 3 healers on OT only — that's the standard.
Frenzy (Enrage)
- After 3 minutes Patchwerk enters frenzy
- +1500% damage — instantly kills the whole raid
