Light's Hope Chapel is the base of the Argent Dawn in eastern Eastern Plaguelands. It is the one safe islet amid the Scourge-blighted land and a shared quest hub for Horde and Alliance. From here the order wages war on the undead, and players turn in Dawn tokens for reputation and rewards.
The chapel is a neutral sanctuary — safe for both Horde and Alliance. Turn in Scourgestones and Argent Dawn insignia here: it is the main source of the order's reputation and the path to unique rewards, including the only shoulder enchant available in the era.

Argent Dawn reputation
The chapel is the heart of the Argent Dawn reputation grind. Killing undead in Eastern and Western Plaguelands, players collect Scourgestones and Argent Dawn insignia, then turn them in to the quartermaster.

◆Sanctuary and the war on the Scourge
The chapel stands on hallowed ground the Scourge cannot take — battles with the undead rage around it, but inside it is safe. That makes the outpost an ideal base for clearing the Plaguelands and preparing for raids.
Nearby, Naxxramas floats over the zone — the Scourge necropolis. Many raiders use Light's Hope as a staging point before flying out to the citadel.
◆Surroundings and dangers
Eastern Plaguelands is a level 53-60 zone swarming with high-level undead, plague hounds and elite patrols. Outside the chapel walls you cannot relax: Mor'Ladim and other elites roam nearby.
