Undercity is the Forsaken capital, a maze of canals and halls beneath the ruins of the old Lordaeron capital in Tirisfal Glades. It is the only Horde city in the Eastern Kingdoms, serving as the Horde's gateway to the old world. The city is built as a ring around a central canal — grasp that layout and it stops being intimidating.
Undercity is a ring: circle the central canal and you will eventually reach any quarter. Up top in the Ruins of Lordaeron stands the flight master, while the zeppelin waits on a tower outside — do not confuse the two transports.

The financial hub is the Trade Quarter: bank, auction house and mail stand together at the entrance ring. It is the only Horde auction house in the Eastern Kingdoms, so goods from this continent converge here, and a zeppelin links it to Orgrimmar.

Class and profession trainers
Trainers are spread across the ring quarters:
- Mages and warlocks — the Magic Quarter.
- Warriors — the War Quarter.
- Rogues — the Rogues' Quarter.
- Priests — near the Magic Quarter.

There are two different transports here, easily confused:
- The flight master stands up top in the Ruins of Lordaeron above the city; bats fly from here across the Eastern Kingdoms.
- The zeppelin waits on a tower outside in Tirisfal Glades: it flies to Orgrimmar and to Grom'gol in Stranglethorn Vale.
