The druid is hard-locked by race: Night Elf only on Alliance and Tauren only on Horde. There is no real intra-faction choice — what matters is knowing each race's strengths.

Alliance
Night Elf: Shadowmeld (ambush and threat drop in cat form), Quickness (+1% dodge — a plus for bear tank and PvP cat), Wisp Spirit (fast ghost travel) and Nature Resistance.
Horde
Tauren: War Stomp (AoE stun — clutch for both PvE interrupts and PvP), Endurance (+5% base HP — strong for bear tank), Cultivation (herbalism) and Nature Resistance.

Night Elf
- Shadowmeld — stealth while stationary (ambush, threat drop).
