Demonology Warlock — Build, Soul Link & PvP
Demonology Warlock is the spec about survivability and demons. For raid damage warlocks play the SM/Ruin build (Destruction with an Affliction dip), while Demonology shines in PvP and leveling: Soul Link shares damage with your pet, and Master Demonologist plus Fel Domination give demon control and safe solo grinding.
Soul Link is the heart of the spec: keep the demon alive and it soaks part of your incoming damage. In duels this makes the warlock one of vanilla's tankiest classes.

Demonology is about survival and pets:
- PvP and duels — Soul Link, durability, control via Voidwalker and Succubus.
- Leveling/solo — a pet tank holds mobs while the warlock keeps DoTs up, minimal deaths.
- Utility — Fel Domination (fast summon), Master Demonologist (stronger demons), Demonic Sacrifice.

Soul Link and Master Demonologist give survivability, Fel Domination speeds summoning, and demon talents strengthen the pet.
Rotation and play
In PvP keep Soul Link up through a living demon, apply Corruption, Curse of Agony and Drain Life, and control with Fear and Succubus stun. While leveling send the Voidwalker to tank while you roll DoTs and finish with Shadow Bolt. Templates are in warlock macros and warlock rotation.
