WoW Classic raids: list and order

All WoW Classic (Vanilla 1.12.1) raids on the x5 realm: raid list, player counts, requirements and the recommended clearing order.

40-player raids

  • Molten Core — the first raid content, 10 bosses, start of the endgame.
  • Blackwing Lair — the next step after MC, Nefarian the dragon.
  • Temple of Ahn’Qiraj (AQ40) — opens after the server-wide Gates of AQ event.
  • Naxxramas — the hardest Vanilla raid, final content with Kel’Thuzad.

20-player raids

  • Zul’Gurub (ZG) — 20-player raid, short cooldown, a great start for guilds.
  • Ruins of Ahn’Qiraj (AQ20) — an easy entry into AQ content.

World bosses

  • Onyxia’s Lair — 40-player raid, an endgame gateway alongside MC.
  • Emerald Dragons — open-world world bosses.
  • Azuregos and Lord Kazzak — rare world encounters with valuable loot.

Recommended order

Classic progression path: Onyxia → Molten Core → Blackwing Lair → Zul’Gurub → AQ20 → Temple of Ahn’Qiraj (AQ40) → Naxxramas. On x5, raids fill up faster, so even players with limited time reach the endgame.
