C'Thun in Ahn'Qiraj — Final Boss
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruC'Thun is arguably the hardest raid boss in WoW Classic history and the pinnacle of the Ahn'Qiraj raid. On WoW Classic X5 (wowx5.ru) downing C'Thun is the defining achievement for any guild. The fight has two completely distinct phases with unique mechanics demanding near-perfect raid positioning throughout.
Phase 1 — Eye of C'Thun
In phase 1 only the Eye is active — a giant eyeball in the center of the room. It constantly rotates and fires Eye Beam at random players, which travels through the raid hitting everyone in the laser's path.
Eye Tentacles and Claw Tentacles also spawn throughout the room and must be killed with focused DPS.
Phase 1 Abilities

Never stand in front of the Eye of C'Thun at any time. Dark Glare kills fully geared tanks in a single hit. The entire raid must position to the sides or rear of the Eye at all times.
Phase 2 — C'Thun's Body
When the Eye reaches 0% health C'Thun submerges and his body becomes the active target. New abilities activate:
- Dark Glare (wider cone)
- Tentacles across the entire room
- Chain Tentacles — grab players and pull them into the stomach
Players dragged into the stomach attack C'Thun from inside. Digestive Acid deals constant damage to everyone inside — assign healers to the stomach group.
