A crypt fiend does not charge head-on. It ensnares its victim in web, injects venom and finishes off the immobilised foe — the tactic of a sly predator, not a mindless corpse.
Who are the nerubians
The nerubians are an ancient race of intelligent spiders who spent millennia building majestic underground cities beneath the icy north. Their realm of Azjol-Nerub was one of the oldest on the continent.
When the Lich King turned his gaze on them, the long and bloody War of the Spider broke out. The nerubians resisted desperately but fell — and the Scourge raised their bodies, turning a proud people into obedient crypt fiends.
Weapons and tactics
