Air elementals are the swift embodiment of the element of air, the host of Al'Akir the Windlord and offspring of the boundless skies of the Elemental Plane. Among the elementals they are the fastest and most elusive: whirlwinds and cyclones that strike with lightning and race away. Who air elementals are
An air elemental is living wind given will: a cyclone, a whirlwind or a mass of storm-charged air. It has almost no fixed form, moves swiftly and strikes with bolts of lightning and gusts of storm. To catch and hold such a being is no small feat.
Air elementals come from the Elemental Plane — the realm of endless sky and storm. There rules Al'Akir the Windlord, one of the four Elemental Lords, whose dominion is the very air above the world.
