Venture Company: Profit at Any Cost
Vanilla WoW Classic 1.12 · x5 realm · wowx5.ruThe Venture Company is a goblin industrial cartel for whom profit outweighs nature, lives and common sense. They are an enemy players meet on nearly every continent.
Industrialists without conscience
The Venture Company goblins see Azeroth as nothing but a warehouse of free resources. They build sawmills, sink mines and pump oil, leaving poisoned wastes behind. Unlike the neutral goblins of Booty Bay, the company is openly hostile to almost everyone.

Significance in Vanilla
The Venture Company is a universal foe that makes the world of Azeroth feel alive and contested. Their work sets them against the Cenarion Circle and the Earthen Ring — protectors of nature. Players of both factions receive dozens of quests to fight the insatiable goblins.
Stonetalon is the clearest example: here the Venture Company's logging caused an ecological disaster and war with the night elves.
The Venture Company on an x5 server
Encounters with the Venture Company follow a Vanilla player from the Barrens to Azshara. The goblins offer quests at many levels, and their camps are rich in loot and useful for leveling professions — especially mining and herbalism near their clear-cuts. In story terms the company is the perfect "grey" antagonist: not demons or undead, just greed without limits. Their conflict with the Cenarion Circle in Stonetalon yields some of the game's most memorable ecological quests.

Why do druids hate the company?
